Terms for using ServeDoor Careers and applying for roles.

These Terms & Conditions apply to job applications, internship applications, candidate registration, interview participation, and recruitment interactions through careers.servedoor.com. Effective date: June 1, 2026.

Job Applications

Candidates may apply for roles published on ServeDoor Careers, including food delivery operations, restaurant onboarding, customer support, sales, marketing, technology, finance, internships, field roles, and city teams. Submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer issuance, employment, internship selection, or any specific recruitment outcome.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during application and registration.
  • Use only personal and authentic documents, resumes, certificates, and identity details.
  • Respond professionally to recruitment communication and interview scheduling requests.
  • Inform ServeDoor if submitted information changes during the recruitment process.

Accuracy of Submitted Information

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to ServeDoor. False, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information may lead to rejection, withdrawal of an offer, cancellation of registration, or termination of the recruitment process.

Resume Authenticity

Candidates must submit genuine resumes, portfolios, employment history, education details, project information, field experience, delivery experience where relevant, and experience claims. ServeDoor may verify information where necessary and may reject applications if authenticity concerns are identified.

Interview Process

ServeDoor may conduct resume screening, assessments, telephonic discussions, video interviews, in-person interviews, field rounds, document verification, managerial evaluation, city availability checks, or additional selection steps based on role requirements. Interview schedules and formats may change depending on business needs.

Hiring Decisions

All hiring decisions are made at ServeDoor discretion based on role fit, skills, experience, communication, city availability, customer service attitude, field readiness, culture alignment, verification results, business needs, budget, and internal approval.

Offer Letters

An offer letter is valid only when issued through authorized ServeDoor communication channels. Any offer may be subject to document verification, background checks, joining formalities, registration completion, city assignment, and final management approval.

Employment Eligibility

Candidates must meet legal, educational, professional, city-specific, and role-specific eligibility requirements. For field or delivery-related roles, additional requirements such as valid documents, vehicle-related eligibility, driving license, smartphone access, or local area familiarity may apply where relevant.

Background Verification

ServeDoor may conduct background verification, reference checks, identity verification, employment verification, education verification, address checks, or document checks where required for a role, offer, internship, field assignment, or onboarding process.

Registration Requirements

Selected candidates may be required to complete registration forms and submit documents such as identity proof, address proof, PAN, Aadhaar, photograph, bank details, emergency contact, certificates, driving license where relevant, or other onboarding records.

Company Rights

  • ServeDoor may modify, pause, close, or withdraw any job opening at any time.
  • ServeDoor may reject or hold applications that do not meet role requirements.
  • ServeDoor may update recruitment steps, criteria, timelines, city requirements, or communication channels.
  • ServeDoor may take action against fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate applications.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, systems, food delivery workflows, restaurant partner materials, software, recruitment workflows, and materials on ServeDoor Careers belong to ServeDoor or its licensors. Candidates may not copy, misuse, reproduce, or exploit portal content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ServeDoor Careers is provided for recruitment and candidate communication. ServeDoor is not liable for technical interruptions, delayed communication, application rejection, role closure, missed opportunities, third-party service disruption, or candidate-side submission errors except where required by applicable law.

Fraudulent Applications

Fraudulent documents, impersonation, false claims, paid job scams, unauthorized representation, forged communication, or attempts to manipulate the recruitment process are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate rejection or further action.

Termination of Recruitment Process

ServeDoor may terminate, pause, or close a candidate recruitment process at any stage due to business changes, city launch changes, verification concerns, role closure, policy requirements, candidate conduct, non-response, or hiring decision outcomes.
