How ServeDoor Careers handles candidate information.

This Privacy Policy explains how ServeDoor collects, uses, stores, protects, and manages information submitted through careers.servedoor.com and related recruitment channels. Effective date: June 1, 2026.

Candidate Information Collection

ServeDoor may collect candidate information such as full name, email address, mobile number, city, qualification, experience, skills, employment history, portfolio links, LinkedIn profile, preferred role, preferred city, and application details when a candidate applies for a job, internship, field role, delivery operations role, or recruitment opportunity.

Resume Collection

Candidates may be required to upload a resume, CV, portfolio, or supporting documents. These files are used only for recruitment evaluation, interview planning, role matching, internal hiring review, and candidate communication.

Personal Information Processing

ServeDoor processes personal information to review applications, assess eligibility, schedule interviews, communicate hiring updates, issue offer letters, complete onboarding steps, maintain recruitment records, assign city or department workflows, and comply with applicable business, legal, and operational requirements.

Aadhaar and Identity Documents

For selected candidates or onboarding-stage applicants, ServeDoor may request identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, photographs, bank information, driving license where relevant, or similar records. These documents are used for verification, registration, offer processing, compliance, city operations assignment, delivery or field-role eligibility, and employee onboarding. ServeDoor does not request identity documents unless they are relevant to recruitment or onboarding.

Interview Records

ServeDoor may maintain interview schedules, interviewer notes, meeting links, interview results, communication history, field assessment remarks, city availability, and role-fit notes. These records help the recruitment team evaluate candidates fairly and maintain hiring process continuity.

Recruitment Communication

ServeDoor may contact candidates through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other professional communication channels for application confirmation, interview scheduling, field round updates, document requests, status updates, offer communication, city onboarding, and joining instructions.
